I'm not sure why I get just a smidge anxious or impatient sometimes just trying breathing exercises. Seems weird, right? But I love that you shared some here and maybe I'll give it try again.

Hi Aly, I assure you you're not alone with this, and it does take practice!

Perhaps start with the 'Breath Awareness' exercise, and avoid any ones with breath hold until you feel more comfortable with it.
